Yes. Upgrading or downgrading takes effect immediately. We prorate charges or refunds automatically and you keep access to your previous plan until the change completes.
What is the benefit of paying annually?
Annual billing locks in a lower effective monthly price (up to 17% off) and simplifies expense management—you pay once and enjoy the plan for the year.
Are there fees beyond the plan price?
Core features are included. Additional services such as international transfers above your allowance or express card shipping may incur transparent pay-as-you-go fees.
Do plans include lounge access?
Premium includes four complimentary visits per year. Metal and Ultra include unlimited access plus guest passes via LoungeKey. You can also purchase passes in-app.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from the app without penalties. You’ll continue to enjoy plan features until the end of the billing cycle, after which you move to Standard.
